BRUTAL.  This sucks to see as well.   Pretty depressing.

I've been wimping out on injury videos lately. Did it look like an ACL?

No telling.  I doesn't look bad at all happening but his reaction after is heartbreaking.

[dang]

that second angle made me feel so bad for him

the look of shock right before he said i'm done..

bad start to the season!

After being injured most of last season, I feel for him. Met Lin once when he was in NY, super nice and friendly guy. Just bummed for him.
he always seemed like a good dude

good to know it's actually the case!

It was during the height of Linsanity, my nephew who was 7 at the time spotted him while we're in a retail store and just spazzed out. We were trying to get him to play it cool lol. Jeremy was nice enough to come up to us, sign an autograph for him,  and just talked basketball with him for a few minutes. Made my nephew's day/week/month/year.

What's up with the opening week injuries? First it was the gruesome injury on Hayward. Then CP3 and Draymond after. And now the Linsanity follows the trend.

With a shorter preseason there is less time for the players to get up to game speed and so they are not really ready to start the season.  When they try and go all in some players are getting hurt.

Non contact and looked like it buckled a bit when he landed. My gut says ACL or the meniscus. Hopefully it's the latter.

He had to be helped off and looks like he couldn't bear much weight if any

Feel for Lin.  Seems like a good guy though, and showed a lot of class recently.

But hey, we got a superstar with the BKN pick+.

Feel for Lin.  He's clearly upset there.  Seems like a good guy though, and showed a lot of class recently.

But hey, we got a superstar with the BKN pick+.

I think we got two superstars out of it in Brown and Tatum.

What a horrible start to the season...my god.  Two potential season ending injuries in the first two days.

In other news, the Cavs secretly couldn't be happier.  They lose their strongest East competitor on opening night, and then on the second night of the season their 2018 Brooklyn pick goes up exponentially in value.

Let the conspiracy theories begin.

Very excited for both.  Tatum subjectively felt like the safer bet, but Brown is looking great.

Yeesh, that Brooklyn pick just got even more valuable.
Brooklyn pick? We're the 14th seed right now technically and nets are 4th seed. Our own pick looks pretty good right now

We're 2.5% through the regular season....
nope. pack it up and go home.

season is over. bright side is that we are gonna get a top 4 pick.

Horford and Irving will likely just forget how to play basketball and Brad will just sit on the sidelines looking confused. 5 wins max.

we're tanking to make the Nets pick worse for the Cavs while having another shot at the #1 pick and having the Lakers pick, also because hayward is out

That's just awful. Sounds like there's not a lot of hope that it's minor, so I'll go ahead and wish him a full and speedy recovery.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

I feel for Lin.

Whatever cosmic forces are controlling the NBA universe seem to be Cavs fans.
Seems to have been that way for a while now
