Boy, there are A LOT of seeding implications for teams in both conferences.
In the East, there's only a 3.5 game difference between the 4 seed and the 8 seed. And in the West, WOW, the 3 seed is just 4.5 games ahead of the 9 seed, and only a 1.5 game difference between the 4th and 7th seeds in the West (and that is huge considering where you finish could mean either playing a team like Houston/Golden State, or Minnesota/OKC/Spurs - Spurs w/o Kawhi possibly).
It unfortunately does look likely that CLE snags that 3 seed, so even if Boston advanced past the first round, they meet CLE in the 2nd round. Oh well.
But I'm actually perfectly fine drawing Miami in the first round. I'd honestly much rather play them than the Bucks or Wizards first round, even though Miami won't be easy either.
