So with all the calls of Draymond Green being overrated does that mean Rondo was as well? Considering that his numbers were "inflated" with playing with Garnett, Pierce and Allen.

yea that is certainly possible, especially since Rondo never made an all-star team not on the Celtics...

The first 3 mins of Wizards/Spurs is one of the worst things I have ever seen... I thought Celtics offense could be cringeworthy

Being an all-star is overrated, imo. You have Kyle Korver, Jamal Magloire and Roy Hibbert making it in the team.

Memphis is an embarrassment and I wouldn't be upset if silver told them to not make a mockery of the league

Yeah but rondo made a couple right? There are a lot less bad players that made a few (although I guess it is possible hibbert did without looking, he had a weird career arc )

Man how to do you lose by 60 to a sub-.500 team.  That's shameful.

Should demote Memphis to the G league.  They'd fit right in.

Wow Kemba was absolutely killing them. This game was 9 scrubs, and Kemba Walker playing out there. My celticblog trade deadline team would be looking pretty good right now with Kemba on fire and Butler coming back 8)
CB Mock Deadline - Minnesota Timberwolves
Kemba Walker / Tyus Jones / Aaron Brooks
Jimmy Butler / Jamal Crawford / Treveon Graham
Rodney Hood / Nic Batum / Marcus Georges Hunt
Taj Gibson / Nemanja Bjelica / Jonas Jerebko
KAT / Derrick Favors / Cole Aldrich
Picks - 2018 CHA 1st (Lotto protected), none out

Rondo was a legit superstar in his Celtics days. He is posting up Jason Kidd-like numbers and was leading the Celtic offense from 2009-2013, All-Defensive Team and All-NBA player. I don't remember any series where Draymond Green is clearly the best player on any Warriors playoff series. It was either Durant, Curry or Klay that carry the offensive load.

Any chance we see the Cavs purposely try for the 4/5 seed down the stretch to avoid the Celtics in the 2nd Round? At this point that seems like our best bet.
