He's pretty much done everything he's been asked to do even when he's asked to step into a role he's clearly not comfortable in, and doesn't complain or pout or talk to the media. It sucks that he's constantly the fall guy. He's the one guy on that team that seems to legitimately care more about winning than personal stats/status.
