I'm interested in Orlando. If someone here has watched their games, has something changed by comparison to last year?

Just looking at stats, it appears that Evan Fournier, Nikola Vucevic, and most notably Aaron Gordon are making huge strides offensively. Fournier is leading the team in scoring at 22 ppg while Vucevic and Gordon are both 20-10 guys.

Jonathan Simmons off the bench is giving them some great minutes too 16ppg. Possible 6th man candidate?

Unsustainable mid and long-range shooting. I watched some parts of games.

Vuch, Ross, Fournier and Payton all shoot better than 50% from 16-25 feet.
Teamwise they are hitting 44% of their 3's, with a lovely 12 makes per game.
Gordon & Simmons are especially unsustainably hot - 18/32 overall.

Thank you CelticD and Androslav

Was wondering if Vogel made any changes but if this is mostly bcs they shoot at a high FG% it sounds much less exciting

The problem with Cleveland is that their defense looks really bad, and when Isaiah comes back, he definitely solves the scoring BUT is a big liability on defense.

So against good teams, CLE will have to put up like 120+ to beat a lot of the good teams.

Also I've noticed that the younger teams tend to just run over the "corpses" at Cleveland (Wade, Korver, etc.)

Maybe IT could help their defense by trash talking his lazy teammates, e.g. "I'm 5 feet tall. What's your excuse?"

Won't work on Lebron though. Lebron would have him traded

I enjoy Clevelands early season struggles as much as the next person but let's get real these games don't mean a hell of a lot until after Christmas for a Lebron team.
ok fine

This is the least talent Lebron has played with in probably 8 years. That can change some with IT if he is able to regain all-star form, but right now there isn't a single player on that team besides Lebron playing all-star form. Love is capable of it, but may even be injured.

Ya gotta think Love is not liking the Lebron experience right now.   Even if Lebron drops 40 ,  they still look like turd soup as a team

I have visited the future in my time machine and I have returned to tell you that Cleveland will not make the Finals this year.  For further information on the future you will have to pay.   8)
