Starting the journey over tomorrow. Combined 20+ hours of flying time but it'll be worth it in the end. Come on Celtics!  ;D

Are you flying to the game?

Yes just got to Cleveland last night. Flew Adelaide --> Sydney --> Dallas --> Cleveland. My ears aren't feeling great right now but as long as the Celtics win I don't care.

Hoping Aron Baynes is able to play.

Impressive, have to give you a TP for that kind of effort.

Yabusele is out tonight due to illness.  With Morris also out and only a 14-man roster, that means we should see a two-way player active tonight.  Congrats, Jabari Bird!  Youíve made league history as being the first player under a two-way contract active for an NBA game!  (Iím assuming heíll get the nod over Kadeem Allen).

I'm not going to lie, but especially after last year's deep, magical run, and everything that went on throughout the year in the game threads, I really missed all the drama.

You know, like complaining about not grabbing a rebound, the refs, guys being ballhogs, commentators being horrible, etc. etc. Win or lose it was always entertaining.

SOOO GLAD the season is back as well as these game threads!  ;D  8)

Barkley actually giving Ainge and the C's props. That's a first.

Very excited for tonight and the season.  Similar feel to Bird's (not Jabari) first year and KG/RA first year.  I don't expect the same results as those 2 first years -- but it feels like the beginning of an era.  Can't wait.

I'm telling you, ever since they acquired Irving, Boston's pretty much back on the map.

I mean.. before Irving trade, did many people (national media especially) really talk about the Celtics this much or praise Ainge as much?

The eyes of the nation are upon us. Looking for Smart, Brown, and Tatum to have significant games.
