Reminds me of him but the way Baynes is playing, he'll get more playing time and better stats.

I loved it when Joe Kleine would refuse to help an opponent off the floor.

Baynes is better than Joe Kleine.

Joe Kleine seemed like a good guy, but that's an insult to Baynes.

Let's also not compare him to Greg Kite ...

Joe was a great guy to have a beer with !
As a player he was a solid backup, better than perk, better than kite but I'd say Baynes is more fluid, more skilled.  Kleine with starters minutes could give very good rebound numbers, at best 10 pts.

Kleine was not better than Perk while Perk was here. Talent wise he was a backup center who couldn't do anything especially well.  Perk at least gave you first class defense, rebounding and toughness.

We haven't seen enough of Baynes to see his negatives but he should be a lot better than Klein and I'm hoping overall better than Perk.

Ok, I see where this is going - Dwayne Schintzius! (RIP)
Ex Celtic (1999), played his 1st NBA minutes with the Spurs. Baynes = Dwayne Schintzius, if we are being honest.
