Did any of them look that sharp?

They're paid to play basketball, not to know trivia.

Still, I am always impressed with students of the game, knowing the greats.  A lot of truly great players have been students of the game and it is easier than ever.   I would imagine most of these lads know the all time teams in the basketball video games.

OKAY, jersey numbers are hard, and all-time Laker leader in steals is a tough one too, but all-time NBA leading scorer?  That should be a slam dunk, kids!

It's already established that fultz is especially dumb. He's the guy who copy pasted the tissot watch advertisement without replacing the templated parts:

Is Kareem really a slam dunk?  I mean did you know Malone and Bryant are 2 and 3 with Jordan and Wilt rounding out the top 5.  Then you get Dirk and James as 6 and 7 (neither will likely move into the top 5 this year).   If you go by ppg it is Jordan (who barely edged Wilt) like 3 ppg behind them is Baylor who is just ahead of Durant, James, and West.

I don't think this is as easy as you make it seem.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

Tatum came across as pretty bright.  I wonder how much, if at all, that factored into Ainge preferring him.  Brown is smart too.  Maybe not a coincidence.

Unfair comparison, Moranis.  No, I didn't know any of the other all-time points leaders in their order, but I did know Kareem is at the top.  Just saying that the all-time leader in points in your own sport should be easy for these rookies.

Agreed. That's a layup.

I bet Dennis Smith Jr. would be among the leaders at the end of the year if they tested again. Carlisle gives his players nba trivia quizzes regularly.

Yeah, yikes on Fultz, but I don't think Sixers fans will care if he brings it on the bball court.

But, geez, not knowing how many teams there are in the league? That's rough.
