I'm sure there are a lot of people in the Celtics organization who miss the players and the culture from last year's team. It was a unique experience. I'd be far more concerned if the players didn't feel that way. I commend Jaylen for speaking his mind. He knows he was part of something special. Hopefully, he will feel a similar camaraderie with these new players once they get to know each other. He already seems at home with Jason.
 
Even Danny confessed how difficult it was to part with these players...especially Isaiah. Are we going to criticize him for feeling that way?

I remember my first job out of college was one of the most memorable ones I ever had. We had an zany group of 20 somethings working together. It was a blast! None of jobs I've held since had nearly the same dynamics.
