I remember Bill Simmons making a really good point saying that Lonzo or more likely Lavar is an idiot because most top brand will custom make shoes for their athletes based on sports science and fitted to the players biomechanics, I’m sure Lavar’s brand doesn’t cater for this.
The whole thing is just pure greed on the fathers part, essentially living vicariously through his children to become rich and famous and it will immediately put a target on Lonzo’s back through no fault of his own. Look at Lebron soon to be a billionaire or MJ who is already a billionaire, Lonzo was always going to be extremely wealthy but his father wanted to use his son the way he accused big sports brands of doing.
