Straight out of  Law and Order-it seems this has turned into some high profile case..Presumption of innocence until proven guilty is imperative.So as a fan, i hope they beat the case and i have suffered a group beating.My lawyer threatened them with civil and criminal and they settled for cash
.The guy got a broken nose a bump and is shaking them down-its always about the money.Isn't this a set up for civil court.

There has to be a lawyer on the board that can give a legal synopsis leaving aside morality issues.
