48 minutes of basketball, 5 guys at a time... They will get touches. I hope they make the most of it.

They're gonna be wide open.

Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

They just need to embrace being role players this year.  There are plenty of minutes, and they'll get shots within the flow of the offense.

I'm really looking for a leap from a guy like Jaylen. I want to see him get opportunities to get the ball in the hoop more since he's (hopefully) here for a long while. With guys like Hayward and Irving and Horford starting, won't it be kind of hard for him to get touches?
This is not little league where everyone gets to touch the ball. They are welcome to prove they belong.
Check

Earn them with solid play execution within their roles.

Exactly. I expect Tatum to fill sort of a G Green role his rookie year.  Brown may make a leap in his game but may not equal Bradley's production which is fine.

This is how

Starting lineup

Horford
Morris
Hayward
Smart
Kyrie

1st subs

Baynes
Tatum
Brown
Rozier

2nd quarter lineup
Baynes
Hayward
Tatum
Brown
Rozier

2nd sub
Theiss
Yabu or Semi
Irving

Lineup - halfway through 2nd
Theiss
Semi
Brown
Rozier
Irving

3rd sub
Horford
Morris
Hayward
Smart

finish quarter with starting lineup

rest of the game,  similar pattern.    Keep an eye out on Tatum vs Semi .  Yabu vs Theiss vs Morris

Brown, Smart, Rozier due to experience/versatility should get nice mins off the bench
