  • Peace it's a board. We all will never agree.
I hope the Pelicans surprise. I want to win it without AD. Go Rondo. I have to buy my 4th rondo jersey now.

Same here! On paper they should be a playoff team!

too early to predict Rondo being an all-star this year?

Rondo is definitely a wild card. He looked great in those first couple of games against us. Seems like when he wants to play, he still can play at an all star level. You just don't know which Rondo will show up. At this point I'm happy we moved on from him as he's too much of a head case.

Last year Steph, Harden, Westbrook, and Klay Thompson made it in the West while Lillard and Chris Paul missed out.  Even if he returned to 2011-12 or 2012-13 levels (the last two years he made the all star game) he'd have a hard time making it in the stacked West.

There's just no way he makes it this year.
I'm bitter.

I hope both guys do well. I was always a Rondo fan and still am. I was happy, albeit nervous, when Rondo came back to life in Games 1 and 2. He still has that potential, and is a good bet for a team looking for guidance to make the playoffs. All of the Rondo haters in the world cannot deny that he is uniquely capable of winning NBA playoff games.

This. I was afraid he'd end up with in NY with Melo, Zinger, and Lil Hardaway, and they become a tough out in the playoffs.

Too early?  No.  More like too late to predict him being an all star ever again.

Always have and continue to love Rondo.

The people who don't like him are missing the forest for the trees. His little annoyances don't begin to amount to equal his prowess for taking over games.

If I thought he and IT's egos could be contained, I would have wanted Rondo to come back to the C's. I think that ship has sailed though.

In the playoffs, yes.

And the four years he was on the All-Defensive NBA teams.
