What are the parameters for trades with 2 way guys? Can we include him in a trade for a non 2 way player? Not saying we should but this guy has some potential to grow as a wing player that could give us a little value in a couple years if he is still around.

Yes, they can be traded.  They do not count as salary.
thanks

I was wondering about a one for one for example  where we traded him for a non 2 way player. Our incoming player would have to be designated 2 way or it messes up the 15 and 2 roster construction guidelines doesn't it? I'm sure it would be easy to change him to a non 2 way but we would have to make a roster move first  to open up a spot.

It can be a one-for-one with a non two-way player returning.  But remember, he doesn't count as outgoing salary, so at present that means only a minimum salary can come back in return.

OK that makes sense.  Just wondered because if the 2 ways make trading too complicated it will further restrict player movement which is a bad thing  in most cases.

Thanks

Nope, makes things easier, because now teams have two more things they can trade.
