Stevens turned Jordan Crawford, a scrub, into an EC Player of the week.

He turned Evan Turner, a minimum signing, into someone the Trailblazers gave $17 million a year to.

He turned IT, a 6th man, into a top 5 MVP candidate.

Kyrie has been drowning in bad offense in Cleveland, revolving around King James and his decision-making. Kyrie is going to get a chance to maximize his abilities. If he buys into what Stevens is selling, he'll be a top 3 MVP candidate this season.
