I think the Rickey Davis comp is about the best one I've heard. Jaylen is more athlete than basketball player and has a ways to go to be a good starter.  Not sold on jaylen the all star.  And while Davis was a knucklehead, and jaylen is clearly not, their feel for the game is very similar.
Why? I keep seeing this and I just don't understand it. They were both 6'7" and good dunkers but have literally nothing else in common.

Davis was a crafty scorer with a knock-down mid range jumper and played no defense. Brown is much stronger, much more physical, his shot is still inconsistent but he's a terrific defender for this stage of his career. Their games are very different.
