Have you ever played a sport, sometimes tempers flare especially when you are playing with grown men.

Probably did not punch correctly.  Looked like he made contact with the ring and pinkie fingers on the punch instead of the forefinger and middle finger.   Those two fingers are more supported by he wrist and elbow and have better shock absorption.   There is not much behind the pinkie or ring finger and I have seen guys hurt themselves but contacting with that area.   It was not that good of a punch, looking at the play, he had every right because that guy gave him a doozy of a cheap shot.

Danilo Gallinari has been diagnosed with a fractured right hand and he will miss the rest of the 2017 EuroBasket tournament.

I think he is uncomfortable being healthy so he had to do something about that.

Yeah, because only weak people break their hands when fighting. Weaklings like Mike Tyson right?

Most people don't think to use their first two knuckles when throwing a punch due to the likelihood of breakage (or less of), let alone have the ability to actually do that. Bit of a silly comment.

Teams really should have a right to withhold contract money when this nonsense happens.

At least he connected.  It seems like 90% of punches by basketball players totally miss, even if the other guy isn't even looking!
