If Morris is suspended & IT4 isn't ready to play, who is your starting 5 in Oct?

If Morris is suspended for 10 games & IT4 isn't ready to play the first month, who is your starting 5 opening day?

I have got:

Ballhandler:  M Smart 6'4"

Wings:          J Brown 6' 7', G Hayward 6'8", J Crowder 6'6"

Big:              A Horford 6'10"



Questions for Salty and the like:

If IT4 and MM were not available, would this be an allowable reason to call up the 2 way players?

Do 2 way players start to draw on the $815,615 rookie minimum when called up or only if they are on the activated list of 13?

Last question:  for 2 way players is 815,615 allocated over 82 games, or days (something like 180 days)?

I reckon Smart takes over with Hayward, Crowder, Baynes and Horford in the starting lineup. Then we have minutes spikes for Rozier, and perhaps a little of Zizic and Nader

Don't see IT missing any time as reports are he needed no surgery and would be 100% to start the season. Also not sure Morris starts. Depending on matchups I could see any two of Smart, Brown, Morris, Crowder, and Baynes starting with IT, Hayward and Horford.

If IT and Morris aren't there?
