I didn't realize before seeing this pic how big Hayward is.

Yeah, he's Exhibit 1 in what a professional strength-and-conditioning program can do for kids who are 20 when they come out of college.  I also find it unlikely he's still 209 pounds.
He has a Steve Rodgers look about him, before and after  ;)

Heh TP, I would have missed that reference this time last year but I've since been digging into the Comics Explained and Dopespill Comics You tube channels.

But ya Hayward would make a great cap'n.
