I took a gander at bulletsforever. they're all pretty happy, but a little thread popped up saying the idea is now to go after Cousins when he hits free agency? can they sign him outright? they've got 3 maxed out players now. if they somehow managed to pick up Cousins, that Wiz team beats Boston imo.

No they won't have the cap space.  They'd have to work a sign and trade deal with NOP.  So they'd probably have to give up Porter.
