"One of the worst draft in recent years" Actually wasn't that bad if scouts were Better than they showed that draft.

 Redraft example

#1 Gianni's 23 ppg 9 rpg 5 apg
#2 CJ McCollum 23 ppg
#3 Rudy Gobert 14 ppg 13 rpg 2.6 bpg
#4 Schroeder 18 PPG
#5 Otto Porter
#6 Steven Adams
#7 Victor O
#8 Nerlens Noel
#9 Caldwell Pope
#10 Tim Hardaway
#11 Olynyk
#12 Dieng
#13 Cody Zeller
#14 Alex Len
#15 MCW

If they would have nailed the top 15 that class is not as bad as they make it out to be. Just had the top picks all wrong which is unusual.

Gobert, Adams
Gianni's, Noel
Otto Porter, Caldwell Pope
CJ McCollum, Hardaway
Schroeder, MCW

Bordeline playoff, one allstar. Terrible class, only giannis as a real star

A couple more to add from that draft.  Covington and Delladova went undrafted that year.

Gobert is a star. Stars are not only players who score 25 ppg, this is a two-dimensional game.

Weak reply.
Gobert is the 2nd best center in the world and an all-star.

My crunch time 5 would be:
McCollum
KCP
Porter
Giannis
Gobert

Killer def lineup even with C.J. inside
"The joy of the balling under the rims."

Given that i dont like KCPs game much, and since gobert cleans up a lot of mistakes, i might go

CJ
Porter
Giannis
Olynyk
Gobert

I'd go CJ, Covington, Porter, Giannis, Gobert.  Three excellent defenders.  3 good size wings.

Fortunately, they count for full players.

Hardaway Jr goes way higher. Somewhere around 6-9. Look at his numbers and contract
