When is the Paul Pierce offensive foul rule going to be implemented?

I would also like to see the league take out the 3 second rule

It doesnt really matter anymore, since pf/c are shooting long range jump shots with more frequency....

I salute the changes. I thought it was the easiest way to get closer to the 2 hour mark and for the game to become more dynamic. Sponsor money will drop some I presume.
Does this shave precious 10 minutes from the game?

Is anything going to be done about the three point flop that Harden mastered?

They never call the 3 second call... There are violations every time down the court.

This may not be popular but, the League needs official Ref challenges by NBA coaches, reviewed by video.

Maybe one per quarter. The challenge can be made for no calls too. A record should be kept, and reviewed at years end as to the number of overturned calls by each ref.

I know it will take time out of the game but the NBA refs are the worst in professional sports.

I don't think they would make a rule change for that (it's a tough play to nail down wording on without making legitimate fouls legal), but I wouldn't be surprised if the league talks with the refs and has them call it differently.  If I'm not mistaken they did the same thing a couple of years ago with getting refs to call more 4-point pays
I'm bitter.
