If the Kings had #3 and the Sixers had #5, what do you think Danny would have done with the #1 pick?

Traded with the Lakers for a package or the Kings for a package and taken Tatum. I honestly believe Tatum was number 1 on their big board and he is starting to make Ainge look smart for that.

Just imagine what kind of package Danny could have gotten from the Kings if they were drafting #3 and never made that terrible trade with the Sixers where they gave up 2 pick swaps and an unprotected first for a salary dump.  The Kings would probably end up topping the Warriors deal for Webber (Penny Hardaway + 3 unprotected 1sts).

C's get Tatum, 2018, 2020, 2022 unprotected 1sts and swap rights in in 2019 and 2021.
Kings get Fultz.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

Yeah. Not hard to imagine Danny taking advantage of the Kings this way.
