I don't think NO even entertains the concept of trading AD.  But if they do, it's costing Tatum, Brown, and both of our top picks.  They're taking every valuable future asset we have.  And we'd probably be okay with it.

The first time I read that I thought: no WAY we'd be OK with that. Then I sat with it a minute and thought: yeah, we might be OK with it. Starting 5: Brow, AH, GH, IT, AB. Yeah, that team *should* beat Cleveland and I'd love to see them match up with the Warriors.

If we could keep one of Tatum and JB and replace with one of Smart or AB or even JC instead I'd be even better with it. If Boogie and the Brow are just miserable and losing - out of the playoffs, maybe they will blow it up ... But obviously, all a pipe dream for now.

What I don't get is that we are trying to KG-ize Anthony Davis. Remember KG was near 30 when hes was traded from Minny. I don't get why people think that AD would leave NO this early in his career. I just don't get all these far fetched trade ideas when we all know it is 0.00000001%< chance of happening.

He was 31, actually.  Born in May, 1976.  Trade happened in the summer of 2007.

Davis won't be available for AT LEAST another year. When he is available, this won't be enough.

They aren't trading Davis, but it would require both premium draft picks and at least one of the premium players and taking on some bad contracts.  I mean there isn't any real way they move on from Davis and leave all those bad contracts on the books.  They will absolutely need cap relief.  Of course this is all a dream because they aren't moving Davis.

I have a feeling after we see Brown and Tatum this season and after BRK sucks it up again, most fans won't be wanting to trade them for Davis or anyone else.
