I love how the first response is from some guy who pretty much shuts down this rumor completely.

Hill is a FA, and Cleveland can't trade for him with the hard cap for them already being over it (even w/sign and trade).

And who the hell is giving Indiana these top picks? Cleveland? HAHAHA.

And trading Kyrie anywhere else means CLE aren't improving honestly.
