I know Philly already put protections on it, but could Danny add protections for the C's ?

Like protected #2 , so Indy would only get it if it falls to 3 or 4?

Or something  like,  The C's get the higher of the brk /LA pick if they both end up in C's possession next year, the other goes to Indy.

Is this possible?

I don't know the answer, but man, that would make a fairly complicated and annoying trend of NBA trades all the more complicated and annoying.
Yup

Yes, I believe this would be legal as of 2016.  Before that, you couldn't trade a pick with protections in place.

Yes, it would be legal under the new rules, but I doubt Indy would agree to it with as many protections that it already has on it.
