Sigh.  Good luck, Nigel. #ShouldHaveBeenACeltic

Ah, yes. The classic "What the hell Danny! You passed right over this obscure undrafted guy from 3 years ago! For what?! See, the man just has a terrible eye for talent. This kid is gonna be Sixth Man of the Year in the Chinese league next year, and you don't even bring him in for a try out?! Terrible!"

I love your takes BLA. They are straight 🔥

Oh come now, man, let me have my fun ;D, and Cleveland actually really impressed a lot of people during the summer league and probably would have garnered even more attention had he started.  I honestly think that you'd really like him.  Plus, it would have been funny to see him and Jaylen Brown on the court at the same time, if only during the preseason/summer just so that you'd see "Cleveland" next to "Brown", haha ;D.

TP for making me laugh, though :). Did you ever get my PM from back in July, btw?

Edit: I forgot to mention that Cleveland went undrafted this past year, so no, he wasn't the winner of the 6th man of the year in the Chinese league, lol.

I can't believe nobody's made a joke about a guy named Cleveland playing for Golden State.

Dude will probably start over Mozgov, think he can earn some money with his next contract after playing a 2 man game with Lin whenever he's on the floor. Also improves the Nets, which is good.

Nets may not be quite as bad as last season. They now have:

D'angelo Russell, Jeremy Lin and Isaiah Whitehead in the backcourt,

Allen Crabbe, Joe Harris, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, Caris Levert and Demarre Carroll on the wings,

and Zeller, Mozgov, and Trevor Booker inside.

Combine that with no incentive to tank, and they can do alright in the east.

When Lin was healthy last season they were considerably better than when he wasn't, going 13-23. If that continues this season with their additional new guys they could be similar to that, and win 32 or so games.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)

If Lin is healthy they'll make the playoffs, he's just a special player that seems to improve his team wherever he goes.
