Seems a bit unlikely he stays now given the addition of Dunn.

He's running out of teams around the league that fit his style of play. Perhaps Utah look to get him as a replacement for Hill or perhaps a reunion with Doc in LAC lol

One team that could use him if properly motivated is the Milwaukee Bucks.  A motivated playoff Rondo would make a lot of sense.  Rondo has become competent enough from 3 and I think he would instill confidence in the Bucks come playoff time.  Jason Kidd might also be one of the few coaches that Rondo would excel with.  I will probably follow up with another post on this once I think of more teams.

I love Rondo. When he is on, he is amazing.

Wherever he goes, I hope he has a solid starting job and a long leash...and also a bit of extra motivation. He is one of my favorite players to watch when he has the will to win.

What about following Butler to Thibs and the Wolves?

Has the history with Thibs.

Not a bad idea at all.  Rondo can feed Jimmy, Wiggins, and Towns all day.  Minnesota is a great fit because there is enough offensive talent to minimize Rondo's shooting flaws.

Well once Rozier, Bradley, and Crowder leave for the all star big, Rondo comes aboard to backup IT4.

I was thinking twolves too. They also have rubio whom can be interchangeable with rondo. They could have the same gameplan the entire game and not worry bout subbing pg's bc both rondo and rubio are assist makers that cant shoot lol plus thibs has a soft spot for rondo

There's a lot of duplication with Rubio though and I'm not sure either would accept playing behind the other.

Bucks is a good idea. As it stands they play through GA a lot but as a bench point guard it makes a lot of sense. Especially if he comes cheap. As with the Bulls the lack of shooting doesn't really impact his effectiveness come playoff time.

Nuggets is also an interesting one. They don't seem sold on Mudiay at all so there's definitely a position to be filled.

If the knicks lose derrick rose, I can see rondo maybe going there to pass to Melo and porzingis

This would be my guess.  There or the Knicks who could really use him.
