Two things you can always count on: the sun to rise in the East, and for Celtics fans to get teased on draft night.
KO and Zeller, aka Hopeless and Helpless aka the Twin Towers of Futility.

For now, Bos-Ind talks on Paul George have paused. - Woj

Of course they have, because they always do. Ainge almost getting us there again.

Sounds about right. They must want Jaylen Brown and Danny won't do it

Don't get the PG13 rumors. Wouldn't it make more sense to wait until July to make a deal (after FA)?

I wonder what they're demanding from us. I mean, I do feel strongly that he'd stay with us, especially if we added a Hayward or Griffin alongside him, but I'm just not sure what all I'd be willing to give up for him.

It would just be agreed to tonight, but it wouldn't be officially completed until later in July.

Bradley, Crowder, and a MEM pick. Deal or no deal say goodbye to Paul George walking away for nothing.

Depending on the salaries going out, maybe not.

Or, the trade can be agreed upon but not official until after a FA signing.

I would love to see George as a Celtic.

However, so long as we have a standing offer to Iandiana that is better than Randle + Clarkson + LAL '20, i am fine lowballing the Pacers and accepting come what may.

The LA pick should be part of the package. This gives Indy a reason to not send him to LA. Then you just simply have to match salary.

AB or Smart and Rosier, Jae and LA pick for George.

IT
AB or Smart
Hayward
George
Horford

Jaylen, Tatum, Zicic is your 8 man rotation

Bird is still a consultant there.

If our offer and Fakers' are comparable, he comes here.

Too small to realistically win. I don't like it.

That's too much.

A couple of firsts (maybe Bos '18 and Clips pick) and seconds With AB and Zeller should do it.

I think Bradley has to go to make salaries work and to have room to sign Hayward.  I like it.  Could start Jaylen at SG.  Smart backup at 1-2, Tatum 3-4, Zizic 5.
