The Celts have found their future fourth option stretch four.

Cool

What did you expect?

Brad Stevens is a college coach, he wants "high character" college clowns.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

Great pick... we need what he will eventually grow to be.

Figure this is as good a place as any for my first post. Good pick! Looks like they don't plan to ship him elsewhere either.
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

A 9th man no defense ball-stopper who can't score against good defenders?

LOL I bet you hated the Jaylen pick too....Do you really think you are a better talent evaluator than Danny and Brad?

Seriously?

I would have preferred Fultz but if the objective was to find another wing scorer, this is a home run. See so much of Paul Pierce's game in Tatum. If Pierce does eventually come to work for the Celtics he could be huge in tutoring Tatum.

I hope Tatum's scoring translates to the NBA.

So you do think you are better at evaluating talent?

Get real.

So I would think the drafting of Tatum signals that we will try to move Brown to the 2.  It could work out eventually and increase our height against certain matchups.

We're still missing a quality big for rebounding though.

It's more than likely Amir Johnson and KO won't return as we try to fit a max contract free agent onto the roster.

Honestly I see no reason why Jaylen can't play the two.  He looks like an old-school 2 to me when he plays, even if he has the size to play 3-4.
