Jackson might be the best combined athlete/competitor in the draft, but Tatum is the better fit.

I'd be ok if tomorrow we had $30m to spend.

I like Tatum's fit better:
Brown a 2/3
Tatum a 3/4 (if he puts on weight)

Gives us a lot of flexibility, not sure if Jackson can play any 4 in the future, not sure his body can get to there.

Josh Jackson - 6'8" 205 lbs
Jayson Tatum - 6'8" 205 lbs

They are virtually the same exact size.  Brad Stevens always says your position is what you can defend.  Why can Tatum defend PFs but not Jackson?

That's what they weighed a little over a year ago at the Hoop Summit.  Tatum look much scrawnier than Jackson at that weight.  He looked like he put on ten pounds or more by the start of the college season.  He has a wider frame than Jackson and should be able to player at a heavier weight and more muscle in time.

I watched Grant Hill on the court with Tatum today and Tatum made Hill look small.

I saw that video too, it worried me more than anything else.   Lack of burst, lift etc.   I will support him and wish him well if he is our pick as long as he plays hard.
