That deal as listed would weaken the Celtics. You'd take a tough, D-oriented team, and make them soft. And lose your two Nets picks? Let's get serious.

Celts should stand pat with their offer. Knicks are in danger of making a bad situation worse if they don't take the best offer and move on, with Porzingis going into his 3rd year. I doubt Jackson has the patience for a 5 year plan. Get the #3, #7 and #8 picks, dump Melo, and start inserting yourself into every free agent discussion.
