Bradley or IT??

I mean, there have been rumors that Hayward doesn't wanna play with IT.

I don't see any reason why the Timberwolves would want IT. They aren't even close to contending.

They apparently want Paul George. IT's more likely to stay than George -- that's for sure.

Just want to see what they are giving up to try to get 7

So the Knicks would have 3, 7 and 8 in this draft?

Well, according to Woj they want George and Butler.

Minnesota continues to show interest in landing Paul George or Jimmy Butler, league sources tell @TheVertical.

I wonder if this is related? Could be something like #3 to the Bulls, Butler to the Wolves, #7 and ___? to the Celtics...

Porzingis is a unicorn- but what is his actual worth?

I want to  keep the 3 pick unless its for George.
And I want to trade into the 7th spot.

I think this has anything to do with Porzingis. I doubt that is happening.

We are trading Bradley/Jae/Rozier or a combination of those guys for the #7 pick to draft Dennis Smith and to create cap room for Hayward.

In: Tatum, Hayward, Dennis Smith Jr.
Out: Bradley, Rozier, future pick

That's a win by my standards.

Naw, several sources have reported that this is for the potential Porzingis trade.

Unless they offer up Wiggins for Butler, I don't see that deal occurring. And I don't see George staying in Minny under any realistic circumstances, so I don't understand why they'd waste assets on him.

Which indicates to me Ainge thinks he can get the big guy by adding that lottery pick. No issues with that.

He moves a starter to add Dennis Smith? Big problem.

Exactly.  This has to be Porzingis asset building related.

I think phil in the end will cancel the trade...but i see us moving bradley for dennis smith... having smith thomas rozier smart hayward brown and tatum gives us much more attacking options than last year

I am all for dumping Bradley to minnesota to get #7. Get 7 and keep it or trade it...if you do get the pick and don't make the knicks deal...you get a good player there to pair with Tatum/Jackson.

I am ok getting Smith as long as they draft someone at 3 also

Wow. Something we actually agree on.

I'd be happy with Bradley for #7. That's called moving an asset while there's still value though I think it will take more to get that pick. But it's a win for the Cs as they continue to move towards the youth movement without sacrificing the current team's winning capabilities too much.
