Not sure if mentioned, but I was pretty high on Kris Dunn.  Maybe to early to tell if it was a real whiff.

I liked him too.

IMO it is still too early to tell, he might just need to get comfortable. If he ever gets his shot to fall he could be pretty good still.

Agreed. I think folks are giving up too early in Kris Dunn. I expect big things from him.

Recently, Stanley Johnson and......Cliff Alexander (I really thought the guy was gonna rebound from the rough college year and become a stud, doubtful already).

Brandon Rush

I would put Julius Randle here, but most of the draft class has whiffed so far, so not really.

Austin Rivers. I was really high on him...But I was a rookie evaluator back then.

Thanks for refreshing my memory.  Was with you on this one for sure.  Also thought Harry B would be a gem out of that draft class.

Let a few people who played AAU in the Carolinas convince me that Ray Felton was going to be better than CP3 and Deron Williams.

Fine I'll say it: I liked Fab Melo also.

I wanted Dunn, and I wanted him bad. Everything seemed to line up, between his improved shooting, the elite athleticism, the good defense, being from around the Northeast....

Thought he would be a huge contributor given the minutes that he wasn't likely to get here.

So yeah, given all the opportunity in the world, he looks awful.

Love me some Brown though haha.

Could not have said it better myself in regards to Dunn - TP.  I'm not willing to give up on him, though, and I honestly hope that he shoots like crap in the summer league so that he reverts back to the form that he used in college or something better, lol ;D.

Danny mentioned tonight that Dunn, like Jackson, did not want to join the Celtics specifically. Other teams were ok. No reason was given why

JuJuan Johnson.  I'd been advocating for him for at least a month before the draft, and I felt quite smug when Ainge picked him.

Man were we both wrong.  To this day I'm still surprised at how terrible of a pick he wound up being.  It seems he just didn't like basketball enough to be a pro.
etwaun signed a nice $50 mill contract  with the pelicans recently. Danny is the 2nd round master

- Jeff Taylor and Quincy Miller will find a long career in the NBA due to their 3 and D game.
- Thought Exum is gonna be one of the best guards in the league
- Montrelz Harrell is gonna be a poor man's Ben Wallace. He's worse than poor though.
- Luke Harangody will be the future of Celtics along with Rondo, Baby and Nate.

Was indicating he was a whiff on my part as I valued him higher than most.  Not an indictment on the actual pick itself.

I forgot about Exum also.  Still holding some Exum shares at about 20% of what I paid for them.

I've got a real nice one - Royce White.  I figured he could get his issues with flying, etc. figured out and he would end up being a steal.  Nope.
I'm bitter.
