Im ok with #3, crowder and rozier

Horford
Porzingis
Brown
AB
IT4

That offer doesn't get it done so you might as well just say no.  Rozier has limited value so basically you're saying the #3 and Crowder which doesn't even get the phone answered.  He's not selling KP for that little, sorry...

I disagree

They are not really in a position to demand a ton

Someone may overpay...not going to be Danny

??
They have a talent we want and that would fit perfectly, still with 2 years on his rookie deal.

I don't care how much PJ puts his foot in his mouth, he's still bargaining from a position of power here. Worst case scenario for them is he walks away and still has Zinger under contract.

Exactly, Phil is asking for a ton and won't trade him for a low ball offer.  What he's asking for may be high but he has no need to rush a trade.  He's got a cheap, young, talented, multi-dimensional player.

Yeah, why add a young, star-level PF/C on a bargain contract?

One NBA executive said he could see a blockbuster deal between the Celtics and Knicks. His proposed trade: Porzingis to the Celtics for Boston’s No. 3 pick, a future No. 1 pick and a player, perhaps Jaylen Brown. Can you imagine a Celtics’ frontline of Porzingis, Al Horford and perhaps Gordon Hayward? One word: wow

Phil Jackson is that youuuu?  ;D

Not worth it at all.  Josh Jackson and Jayson Tatum will both be better than Kriscraps Bargnani.

Kriscraps isn't even the best white guy the Knicks have had over the past 10 years.  That distinction goes to two time all star David Lee.  That's something Kriscraps Bargnani will never accomplish.

Because Terry is the dominant PG of the future and Jae's a top 10 SF.
2021 Houston Rockets

SG: OG Anunoby/Norman Powell/Matisse Thybulle
SF: Gordon Hayward/Demar Derozan
PF: Giannis Antetokounmpo/Robert Covington
C: Kristaps Porzingis/Bobby Portis/James Wiseman

If the price is too high, then the Celtics shouldn't go for it.

Isn't that also an argument for just staying put? I'm pro Porzingis but there is an argument for just staying put

I took a nap on it. I love Jaylen brown.... but I feel like a zinger is harder to find than a Jaylen brown. There will be another "Jaylen brown" in next years draft I'm sure. I'd either trade him OR the Brooklyn pick. Not both. And I'm 💯 pro Jaylen brown I see something special in him, but the center position is in dire need.

Does Porzingis + Hayward really make you better than #3, Jaylen, Crowder, Nets 2018 + Hayward?

Jae is not, never has been, and never will be a top 10 SF. Depending how you treat certain wings he isn't even a top 20 SF.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip
