Take Josh Jackson. Best case you trade him. Worst case you have him on your roster and he becomes a key role player off the bench

Tremendous value in Jackson to other teams. I personally don't like him or his game..but he would be the best pick at 3.

That's what we all thought last year with Dunn, it's a bad move

Josh Jackson finished the season with 13 double-doubles, a single-season record for a Kansas freshman.

Phil is the worst overpaid gm in the history of the nba

Well maybe 2nd to Billy King

He hires/fires Fisher.

He signs Melo to max with no trade clause...then keeps beghing him to waive it

He trades for a finished player like Rose. Signs another player that strolled into his office in a wheelchair (Noah)

Now in verge of losing his best asset...bc he made all of these horrible moves/signing

What is Dolan waiting for??

You understand that Phil Jackson has something called a contract, right?  And he is getting paid a boatload of money whether he is GM or not, right?

Dolan could've opted out this past winter if he wanted to.  He didn't.  He made the bed and now he gets to sleep in it.

So does Melo...but Phil wants to get rid of the problem

Jackson is going to bury the knicks brand to the ground if he hasnt already

Dolan should try to buy out Phil...and sign gsw, spurs assisant gm for cheap

So my favorite Porzingis trade I've seen so far:

BOS trades: Crowder, #3 (Jackson), #37
BOS receives: Warren, #4  (Tatum), #8 (Smith)

PHX trades: Warren, #4 (Tatum)
PHX receives: Porzingis

NYK trades: Porzigis, #8 (Smith)
NYK receives: Crowder, #3 (Jackson), #37

Serious? Why on earth would you not just trade Crowder, #3, and #37 for Zinger and #8 if that is what NY wants (in your trade)? Suns have no business here.

Porzingis is identical to Andrea Bargnani, but with more health issues.  He's a national name, because he plays on the Knicks and is the "great white hope".   This is the same idiot machine that created "Linsanity".

We already gave up the next James Harden to trade down to #3 where our options are the next Pippen/TMac or the next Paul Pierce.  You don't trade that for Andrea Bargnani 2.0.

Tyler Zeller is a better defender and rebounder than Porzingis.  If Tyler Zeller could develop an average 3 point shot and was given 33 minutes per night on the worst team in the league, he'd be a better version of Porzingis.   Porzingis would not even start on a good team.  He will never be an allstar.

Other than Porzingas is bigger, stronger a better athlete, a better rebounder and shot blocker and even a better defender and passer, sure I can see what you're saying.     Comparing Zeller to him is even more laughable.  Come on now.  I hope you're joking....

If Phil is asking for #4 plus Booker or Bender or Chriss from the Suns , then you figure he would want #3 plus Jaylen as a starting point from the Celtics.

Phil is out of touch with reality...unless he is playing a game

Everyone knows he wants to trade KP...he is not going to max value back in return for him

Once the lakers take #2. Danny phones is going to be off the hook.

Maybe Phil tells Danny.. you know what he is worth Brown and Jackson...but I will just take the #3 for KP

I hope Danny hangs up the phone
This, THIS.  Just watch.  That's is the ideal time for Danny to pull off a trade  GMs lose their minds during the draft and feel tremendous pressure to do something, so they cave for the sake of a splash.  In Phil Jackson's case, he lost his mind a long time ago.

Ainge sticking to his guns last year in the trade talks with the Bulls is going to help a lot now. Teams know he's not bluffing.

Good point.  Hadn't thought about that.

Posturing, nothing more. That kind of nonsense statement is designed to whip up fan demand for a player but doesn't have any impact on GMs whatsoever. KP wouldn't go in the top 4 of this draft.
Jaylen Brown will be an All Star in the next 5 years.

Porzingis wouldn't be a top 5 pick in next year's draft.
