I'd give up #3 and Crowder.

TP - This is where I'm at but unless Jackson loses his mind no way this gets you the unicorn even if you take Melo.

I wouldn't want Melo to get Porzingis.  It's Porzingis or bust for me.

Looks like this might be a thing... #3 for KP at least.

What if LA is like #2 for Melo and KP and #8

That would be tough on their cap space. Melo's got the $27m player option next year, and I think we can all assume that he will take it. I guess you could try to trade him next year as an expiring, but they seem pretty intent on having a big offseason this year.

well, didnt phil ask phoenix for the #4 and booker? phoenix said nope. at least that is what i read.

so, the number 3 is better than the number 4. Jackson, after whom phil lusts, is a surer bet at 3 than 4.

so, what does boston have to add? i would think the final piece would need to be LESS than booker, since the #3 > #4.

crowder and a late first rounder? phil likes crowder, so maybe that would do it. i would even exchange bradly for crowder in this.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Melo is a huge contract, so he caps us out if i'm not mistaken.

So in order to take both, i would have to strike out on George, Butler, Griffin, and Hayward respectively.

I like Melo's game but he's not as good in 2017 as those guys, and as good as young Zinger is, that would be our team for 2 years.

Thomas
Bradley
Melo
Zinger
Horford

I like this team, it stands a chance to win the East and i think they do. I'd rather have George or Butler to deal with Klay and KD though.

To answer the OP though

#3 next years and next years Lakers pick with match salaries. I need to keep Crowder.

TP. That's the right price...and I'm not sure I'd want to pay it.
Jaylen Brown will be an All Star in the next 5 years.
