Dwight is seldom mentioned here, but thought I'd bring him up anyways. He was just traded to the Hornets. Would anyone have wanted him in Green, if the price was right?

Atlanta's return was a bad contract, and they had to move down 10 slots in the second.  It's fair to say that Howard had negative trade value.

Costs too much, Hawks dumped him because they'd rather not pay him if they aren't gonna contend.  He has carved out a nice role as a 3rd/4th option guy who can get you boards, but he sure as hell isn't being payed for that role.

Haven't you heard Dwight Howard can't shoot 3's and today's NBA big men are extinct!

If we missed on everyone decent FA this year and drafted Jackson or Tatum...And only absorbed Dwight Howard with out giving up hardly any assets I would have taken a flyer on him....Especially if we could have gotten another pick.  LOL

We could have always packaged his expiring contract next off season.

He doesn't shoot the 3 or defend the perimeter. Centers like him have become useless in the modern nba

This new nba makes a lot of people (who are used to post play centers) uncomfortable and bad mouth Danny, but Danny isn't going to get a non modern center   who can't shoot the 3

Didn't you hear, he's going to add that shot this summer.

If his free throws are any indication, he will make Marcus look like Steph Curry.

My oh my how his career has plummeted since leaving Orlando.

Never had the right attitude to be a leader.

I'd consider him for the NBA minimum.  Possibly the most overrated player of his generation and it's safe to say the game has now passed him by...and oh by the way, he's on the books for $24 million for each of the next 2 seasons.
