Today, Chipotle (CMG) was down 33 points, or over 7%, on reports that they would miss earnings expectations this quarter. And I hope every poster on this board made money.
Boston's local stock guru, Peter Lynch, always advised individual investors to invest in what they know. And a few days ago, we got a massive tip when we learned that Danny had taken Fultz to b.good, not Chipotle (Since CB is a public board, it seems to me that that tidbit would not qualify as non-public material information.). When even the restaurant's most loyal customer chooses to go elsewhere, you know that they are having problems. And we all found out the info days ago!
So, how much money did everyone make shorting the stock?
