Realistically I think it would take a minimum of 3 + LAL/Sac + either Bradley or Crowder.

What if it was Smart instead of Bradley/Crowder?  That's what I'd ask for if I was the Knicks.

Knicks say no no to offers in this forum.  Convo starts with 2/3 of #3 BKN18 LAL18.  Next goes to one of Smart, Brown, Crowder, Bradley & Danny fights away the notion of including Jaylen Brown.  I would think Danny tries to push NYK to take Bradley or Crowder (I'd even give both).  Then depending on how our "core player" negotiation turns out we have a filler list including Rozier, Zizic, Yabu, and our late 1st rounders.

That's probably what Phil wants but Danny can't risk that.  Can't give up Jackson/Tatum, etc PLUS
a possible top 5 pick next year or a likely top 5 (likely top 4 I'd say) pick the year after that.  Especially would be bad if we lost out on one of next year's current top 4 players.

Not when Porzingis has yet to bust out completely...

He's worth giving up #3 this year and other first rounders (I'd give up Memphis pick and LA Clips pick...Mempthis pick could be quite good), Crowder and possibly Rozier (prefer to give up Dem. Jackson)...  That's it.

I wouldn't give up the Nets 2018 pick straight up.   Wow Porzingis is not AD or Karl Towns.

Yes. He would be an incredible P&R partner for IT4. He can stroke it from 3, and - if we get Hayward - we are talking about a starting four (IT4, Bradley, Hayward, Horford, KP) who can all hit it from outside. That opens up the lanes amazingly well for IT4.

He can also protect the rim, and cover for IT4's defensive liabilities. It would be an amazing coup.

The Suns told them no.  I'm not sure Phil is seriously interested in trading him unless he gets a haul for him.
