Sources: As teams become aware Phil Jackson isn't ruling out possibility of trading Kristaps Porzingis, frenzy of interest is growing today.

This tweet has caused me to stop being productive at work.

This is who you go get - forget Butler & George.

We have the assets to do it but it'll prob take too much. KP is good but not AD good where you send multiple first round picks.

How many years does he have left anyway?

Offer the #3, the Laker/Kings pick, whatever...this would be a guy that you go and get.

I would definitely trade the number 3 pick for him, but I doubt Phil Jackson will do us any favors.

I think I would do it for #3, Crowder and Celtics 2018 #1.

No AB, no Brown, no Nets pick, no Lakers pick.

Except for being in the same division and except it being us ( with Phil's anti-Celtic bent), we have the best chance to get Zinger.

Not only do we have the assets, but we have the ability to absorb Melo's contract, without destroying our core.

I could deal with that. Eat Melo's contract to get Zinger.

I'm in.

3 years before you have to pay him - and he'll be restricted at that time.  This guy solves a lot of the current problems.

I would do it also but is that enough really for NY to move him?

This would be huge.

I'd try to see what I can do. I love the Zinger. Will probably require eating Melo's salary, but worth the price.

Wonder how aggressive Danny will be on this one.

I would be willing to do that.  But where did you hear (link?) that they are willing to trade Porzingis?

I think Porzingis is overrated, which is well-documented, but with #1 gone, I am down :).
