We can only have so many first round draft picks.
Probably some of them will get traded.

Yeah, thankfully. We have a roster crunch as is.

Okay, so the future Miami pick is speculation. We don't know if it's on the table.

Ford mentioned that Phoenix had spoke with Boston or LA to move up for either Lonzo Ball or Josh Jackson in them ox he released today.

If we are set on Tatum and could pick up another first, then still get him it makes sense.

I understand the idea that we already have too many picks. The idea behind adding another first would be to use it to trade for Jimmy Butler or Paul George after we sign Hayward.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Just to let people know, that pick is top 7 protected in 2018 and unprotected in 2019
I'm bitter.

This trade only happens on draftnight... PHX need a PG. If Ball is there at #3 it makes sense, else they stay at 4 to I believe select Fox. As Boston will most likely pick Tatum or Jackson.

I'd definitely move back to #4 if it meant we still got Tatum. That would be a great draft.

If we turn the #1 pick into #4, Lakers 18, Miami 18 that's a good draft.

That's also a lot of ammo to throw at NO at the deadline if they are getting itchy feet over Davis.
