Monk is a great fit I belive this is why their is truth to the 76ers looking to trade down. The Suns will not take Monk at #4 so all the 76ers need to due is convince the Kings that the Suns may take Fox and they get a solid trade down option.

Smith Jr. is a terrible fit as a triangle point guard. Phil is stubborn and wants the triangle to work in NY and I think he will base his draft and FA decisions around this.

I don't see Minny taking another PG a year after drafting Dunn and still having Rubio.  makes more sense for them to Monk or Markannen to provide some scoring with the players they already have.

The Sixers may have promised Jackson, but it doesn't mean they have to stay in that spot if they get an offer they like better.  I don't think they trade the pick without some sort of grandfather offer, and the one you have there is certainly not that.  I think they stay put and take Jackson or Ball, whomever the Lakers don't take.  Right now I'm leaning toward Jackson being on the board there with the Lakers taking Ball.

Good point.  Obviously depends on their evaluation of the players.  I just think that Smith Jr is much more talented that those guys.  But he is also boom or bust so need may indeed trump talent.
