  From Boston.com:

Lavar Ball explains why Lakers, not Celtics, are best fit for Lonzo Ball: “Team-wise, the Lakers are a better fit,” LaVar Ball said on the CSN CelticsTalk Podcast with Kyle Draper and A. Sherrod Blakely. “They really don’t have a leader. Boston already went to the playoffs. They have a leader.”

“I think Markelle is a better fit for Boston,” LaVar acknowledged. “He’s more of a scoring guy.”

Here's the "future leader" of the Lakers being interviewed on a couch.

I can't emphasize how little I'd like to have this travelling circus in town. Please stay away and let this implode some place else.

Boy do I wish the Lakers pass on him  ;D

In honesty though, I'm not sure Lonzo would be the leader on the current Lakers squad. D'Angelo is definitely the man in LA at the moment, and definitely for the next two or so seasons.
I don't see Lonzo ever eclipsing D'Angelo unless he can firstly fix his shot technique, and then secondly actually develop a mid-range game so he can survive in the switch heavy PnR game of the NBA.

Ball would certainly be no more of a leader on that pretty dismal squad than Fultz would be.

Going to a team with an established leader would be better for Ball. Hearing the voices of CBS and IT would help him step out of his father's shadow.

I feel Tatum is better for Lakers than Ball. Ball would be good with 76ers or Kings

Russell, Ingram, Tatum, Randle, Zubac

Lonzo Ball would fit best playing in China.

I wonder if Lavar Ball realizes that he really isn't helping his son?

I'd like to see Lonzo in Phoenix alongside Bledsoe.

I think those two would work well together. Bring back the two guard backcourt that gave them success a few years ago. Give Bledsoe some help passing wise and give Lonzo a PG who can actually take his man off the bounce. That run and gun Phoenix style of play would be perfect for Lonzo's transition game, passing and outside shooting.
