lol ya . But I've been looking into Jaylen and he is obsessed with what he puts into his body. Toxins, metals, chemicals, non-organic, soy, and etc. He has some special water that he fasted on yesterday and worked out and etc. I did not see anything bad he put in his body today and just cuz he wasn't working out could mean it was an off-day..

BEST THING: we get a vlog that could be updated everyday!!!!!

He is really focusing on the ball handling.  That will help him out a lot.  With a tighter handle he will be able to get where he wants to on the court and then his athleticism can take over.  Really hope he can keep this up.  We might have a coming out party his sophomore year if he can keep up his rate of improvement.

Doing all of this while on a fast is seriously draining. Most players are in a combo of training&chilling. Jaylen is approaching his first off-season holistically and reminds me of the dedication to dieting that Ray Allen had......

Here is a video of him playing 1on1 (not intensely) but @ 1:50 the guy hangs on jaylen and then fouls him and Jaylen carries all that weight and still does a double-pump dunk. Really impressive. And while he was not playing hard he still shows why his handles are very undervalued. Cant wait for summer league.
