He claims he's practicing in the off-season to expand his range and add a 3pt game, and the reason is mainly because of all the new shooting centers like davis and towns. Lol he just said it on espn

Is it realistic for a player like him to just add a shot? He never really fixed his free throws

lol as others have mentioned he should start with the 1 point shot then the 2 point shot and then work his way out to the 3 point shot.

Honestly, I think this just shows an immaturity and a lack of understanding where his game is.

You can spread the floor as a center who can't shoot 3s. All you need to do is roll hard to the basket and be a threat to catch lobs at the rim, sucking everyone into the paint. He's tailor-made to do that physically, and yet it's a mystery that he doesn't.

This is the kind-of thing you work on secretly; then, once the season starts, you surprise everybody with your killer range. Coming out with this info before even attempting to see how it goes is a bit foolish.

On a related note, I am working on my 720 dunks this offseason. It's going to be epic after I practice for a couple of months.  :P
