Would never ever play this horrid defensively even when they were old beat up and decrepit.

But these young All Defensive players play defense like the D'Antoni Suns with Nash at PG

It's amazing isn't it?

Heralding our wonderful defensive guard and wings, and they give up 43 to the Cavs in the 1st quarter at HOME.

Why if we get Paul George it's not a bad idea.  I was just looking at salaries. Cavs have Lebron, Kyrie, Love, Thompson, JR, Shumpert Frye all locked up for a while.  That's a good nucleus.  They overpaid Thompson, Jr, shumpert just to have that supporting cast with Lebron, Kyrie and Love.

Korver is a free agent for them. That's it. They'll probably just resign him too or find another guy like that who wants to piggy back on another championship. Deron Williams is basically that too.

We need our own nucleus in ways that is young enough where t heir window is good or just keep developing our young guys.

I really feel like our inexperience showed this series.  Even Brad.  Cleveland came out and punched us in the mouth this series. We really needed to defend home court to have any shot.  Brad was slow making adjustments and the series was pretty much over at that point.

The team was definitely flat but let's not ignore the fact that the Celtics either lack size, length or quickness in almost every matchup.  Kevin Garnett is one of the greatest defenders ever.  Adding him in peak form to this current roster changes everything.  KG could defend the pick and roll without switching and he would also allow Marcus + Avery to play more aggressively on the perimeter.  This Cavs group is also the most potent offensive team LeBron has ever played with.  Not to mention that LeBron is at the height of his greatness.

Our margin for error is extremely small against any elite nba offense.

It sucks that we dont have the right guy to anchor this defense.  Macus, Avery, and Crowder would be much better together if we added a defender with length, size and quickness.  Lol too bad they are far and few between.

It is true it would help but we need some guys who can put the ball in the hole, too badly.
