I wouldn't trade just #1 for Hayward.  Then you want to add a friendly contract like Crowder too :)
Sure you are not a closet Utah fan?

Thinking about it, yeah that is a pretty generous offer. Having said that would the prospect of maybe getting something back in a S&T soften the resistance on Utah's part to keeping Hayward?

What if, on day 1 of free agency, or whenever these things could be agreed in principle we offered the rights to whomever we draft at no. 1, Zeller, Crowder, and a first rounder to Utah, in exchange for Gordon Hayward in an S&T deal?


Utah gets hooked up... no way.  I rather have the picks players over one MR Hayward.   I think hed rather sign with us straight up to play with a better bench.
