This is my problem with the Fultz and Hayward plan. It doesn't solve the problem.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Come on, it's a players game.  Inside game only works with players that can be effective inside.  And it's all about defense anyway.
