Last night with Kyrie spraining his ankle and pushing through to play the game out on it, and then Kevin Love's back issues at the end of the 4th quarter, did the Celtics fight in this series just cause the Cavaliers chances of winning the finals to drop? It will be tough for them regardless, but if Kyrie and Love are hobbling from the get go, they are done.

on a side note, I think the Celtics did an amazing job this year and this series alone, everyone was saying a sweep, so  the Cavs and Warriors will both reach the finals 12-0. Not only did we steal a game, in game 4, LeBron AND Kyrie had to play 40+ minutes and took every bit of juice from Kyrie and LeBron to get that win. We pushed the two superstars of the Cavs to have to play without rest just to earn that win, I think as a Celtics fan, you should be proud that the Celtics are improving year by year

I'm still hoping that the Celtics just increased their chance to make the Finals.

But ya, probably.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

Who cares? I am supporting the Celtics not the Cavs/Warriors. We haven't lost the series yet people. The way I see it, there are 3 teams with a chance to win the ring this year and we are obviously one of them. Let's go C's!

Every minute LeBron plays in  Game 5 will help.

I think Golden State is winning the title, regardless, so I don't really think last night had an impact but it certainly won't help the Cavs if Irving & Love are dinged up.

Agreed, but the Celtics had nothing to do with the injuries.  Game 4 would have happened regardless of how hard the C's played.

These last two playoff games are the first sign that LBJ is beginning to look tired. Game 3 there was nothing remaining in the gas tank to grab the victory. In game 4, we saw some similar traits. Kyrie bailed them out.

If the Warriors are watching, and you know they are, the more minutes he plays, the better for them. He beginning to look like he's searching for his second wind.

More like The Wizards helped the Cavs win the ECF
by aggravating the injury to Isaiah Thomas?

or by wearing out the superior Boston Celtics?

Regardless, the Celtics did what was needed. They showed up against the Cavs despite having an undermanned and under-talented team, and played ball grit to the end. That should open an eye for the rest of the league that the Celtics do not screw around even with the #1 pick in hand.

Win or lose this series, the Celtics have won their championship this year  ;)

Both---C's are under manned, less talented...but gritty as hell. This Summer is so important--will determine the next 7-10 years.
